With over three decades of experience in medical education, healthcare services, and hospital management, I have devoted my career not only to academics but also to the service of humanity.
From the very beginning, I have been passionate about medical education, hospital administration, and community welfare. Guided by the belief that helping others in need is a moral duty, I have always tried to offer guidance and support to people based on my knowledge, experience, and compassion.
Over the years, I have had the privilege of connecting with people from all walks of life and organizing numerous workshops, seminars, medical and blood donation camps, all aimed at promoting the spirit of service. My association with programs for persons with disabilities has been especially inspiring, allowing me to witness human strength and resilience up close.
Serving on the Management Committee of an Old Age Home has been one of my most emotional experiences. Listening to the life stories of elderly residents made me realize that society has many opportunities to extend care, respect, and affection—and it is our shared responsibility to do so.

Blood heroes were honored in a grand manner on World Blood Donor Day Jabalpur. On the occasion of World Blood Donor Day 2026, a grand blood donor honoring ceremony was organized at the Indian Medical Association (IMA) Hall, Right Town, Jabalpur on 16th June 2026 under the joint aegis of Indian Red Cross Society, Apollo JBP Hospital and Indian Medical Association and by Government Medical College, Seth Govind Das (Victoria) District Hospital, Rani Durgavati (Algin) Hospital and Jabalpur Blood Center. The program was inaugurated by the chief guest Collector Shri Raghavendra Singh (IAS), Chairman Dr. Saurabh Baderia (Vice President, Indian Red Cross Society, Jabalpur), Distinguished Guest Dr. Navneet Saxena (Dean, Government Medical College), Dr. Naveen Kothari (CMHO) and Dr. The lamp was lit by Richa Sharma (Chairman, IMA). The collector administered the pledge of blood donation to all. On the occasion of the birthday of Sanskardhani’s eminent scholar Pandit Rohit Dubey Ji, warm greetings were extended to him by various social and public representatives. Under the aegis of Ramayanam Jabalpur, the Shri Ramcharit Manas Parayan Mahayagya was organized, during which Pandit Umashankar Vyas Ji, the disciple of Yug Tulsi Pandit Ramkinkar Ji Maharaj from Bareilly, was felicitated and his spiritual discourse on the divine episodes of Shri Ramcharit Manas was heard. A Samvad on the development of medical facilities in Jabalpur was organized at the auditorium of Apollo Hospital, Jabalpur, with active participation from various constituent organizations of the Jain community — Digambar Jain Panchayat Sabha, Digambar Jain Samast Social Group, Jain Navyuvak Sabha, and the All India Women’s Council along with its branches. The Chairman of Baderia Global Group shared detailed information about world-class healthcare facilities that, until now, were available only in metropolitan cities. He also announced that several advanced medical services will soon be introduced in Jabalpur. I had the privilege of being part of this event. The program was beautifully conducted by former councilor Mr. Amit Jain and Mrs. Mouli Jain.

Had the opportunity to attend the Intellectuals’ Conference organized by the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in Jabalpur.
